Terms of Service
Last updated November 2, 2026
The short version: use PostMax fairly, own your content, follow each network’s rules, and cancel any time. The full terms are below.
1.Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and PostMax (“PostMax”, “we”, “us”) for using the PostMax website and app. By creating an account or using PostMax you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you use PostMax for a business, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.
2.The service
PostMax lets you write a post once, tailor it for each network, and publish it now or schedule it for later on X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Threads and Bluesky. We may add, change or remove features over time.
3.Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and give accurate information.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us at support@post-max.com if you think someone else has accessed it.
4.Connected accounts and networks
When you connect a social account, you authorise PostMax to publish the content you choose to that account, at the time you choose. You must have the right to use every account you connect.
Each network has its own terms, which you must follow, including the YouTube Terms of Service when you connect YouTube. PostMax is not affiliated with or endorsed by X, LinkedIn, Meta, Google, TikTok or Bluesky. Networks can change or limit their services at any time, so we can’t guarantee that every post will be accepted or published on time; when a network rejects a post, PostMax shows you why.
5.Your content
You own the content you create and upload. You give PostMax permission to store, process, adapt (for example, resize a cover) and send it to the networks you choose, only as needed to run the service for you.
You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to publish it.
6.Acceptable use
Don’t use PostMax to:
- send spam, or post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringes someone else’s rights;
- impersonate anyone, or post to accounts you aren’t allowed to use;
- break any network’s rules or get around its limits;
- upload malware, or try to break, overload, probe or reverse engineer PostMax.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
7.Free trial and subscription
- Free trial. New accounts get 3 days of full access with no card required. When the trial ends, publishing and scheduling stop until you subscribe; your drafts and history stay available.
- PostMax Pro. $9.99 per month, billed monthly in advance. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record and seller for these purchases, including any applicable taxes.
- Renewal and cancellation. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Billing; you keep Pro until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Refunds. Payments are non-refundable and partial months aren’t refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.
- Price changes. If the price changes, we’ll tell you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal.
8.Availability
We work to keep PostMax running smoothly, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for example during maintenance or when a provider or network has a problem. Scheduled posts may be delayed in those cases.
9.Ending your use
You can stop using PostMax and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@post-max.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as content rights, disclaimers and limits of liability) still apply after an account is closed.
10.Disclaimers
PostMax is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don’t promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11.Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, PostMax is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to PostMax is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12.Indemnity
You agree to cover PostMax against claims and costs arising from your content, your use of PostMax, or your breach of these terms or of a network’s rules.
13.Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the place where PostMax is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep any protections the law of your country gives you.
14.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top, and if a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use PostMax after that means you accept the updated terms.
